The Duke University Box Office and Full Frame Documentary Film Festival pride themselves on providing superior customer service.
With increased demand for Full Frame’s four-day event, Duke needed to determine the best way for AudienceView to provide an online ticketing option during the Festival that wouldn’t dramatically alter Full Frame’s established ticketing process.
The Duke University Box Office and the Full Frame Documentary Film Festival leveraged AudienceView’s integrated entertainment business solution to solve this issue and provide online ticketing options up until two hours prior to show time.
Full Frame was able to sell more single screening tickets during the Festival. This new option helped to dramatically increase attendance for Full Frame’s Thursday and Sunday screenings.
“AudienceView has been instrumental in helping us streamline our box office processes. With AudienceView, we can keep the Duke University Box Office and Full Frame Documentary Film Festival brands separate yet power them with a single solution,” said Marcy Edenfield, Associate Director, Ticketing and Theatre Operations at Duke University. “This has been extremely beneficial for the sustainability of both operations and will help us continue to grow in the future.”
